I have and 86 year old friend who has been advised by Vodafone that she has run out of data on her Ipad, she is hard of hearing so is not able to ring up.We have been trying since last week to find out what you do to get more data added on to her device.In the meantime, she is too afraid to use it in case it costs her a lot of money.
On her behalf, I would just like to know what she has to do to get more data, what is the use of calling your so called Ninjas when they are unreachable?
Could we have some kind of Ninja action PLEASE!

Our Vodafone Ninja's are available 24/7 over the phone.
Adding more data depends on the type of plan the iPad is on.
If it's prepay, then the best way to get more data is to login to My Vodafone and purchase another bundle, if it's on Postpay, then it can vary, but is often done by visiting http://m.vodafone.co.nz/flexidata
