I thought I had tried that method, but I had another go, and the 'drag and drop' method worked ok. Thanks for your assistance.

Cheers.

Hi @Gaffer

You'll need an email client/program on your computer such as Outlook, Mail or Thunderbird.

Once you've got an email client you need to configure the Paradise email settings which can be found here

Thanks

Thanks for your reply but I am not sure that it will do what we want. I run Thunderbird and have four email addresses that I access. Can you explain further please.? Am I missing something.?

Hey @Gaffer

Are you wanting to make folders inside Thunderbird or on your Desktop/ My Documents?

Hi @Gaffer

Not 100% sure on how to do this in Thunderbird. I know in Outlook you can highligt the emails you to make a copy of then drag and drop them to your desired folder/location. You could see if this works with Thunderbird.
