Email services are being shut down because it's not delivering the service as a whole we believe we should be offering customers.

 

If you don't choose to auto forward, that email address will be terminated. If it's the email address for your bill, we will contact you to request another.

Why can't you do what Spark did to keep their emaill service going. I have been with the same company over 20 years and know I have to think about leaving as I don't want to go to gmail icloud etc.

I am dissapointed that we have heard about this through the media rather than directly from VF, just goes to show how much you think of your customers Smiley Sad

This isn't the case going by the news but if it is true then they need to get the news story fixed as I would love to stay as it will save me a lot of trouble

I have 2 vodafone accounts, one email only and the other broadband.

My loginname to both accounts are the email addresses.

Can I keep them for login purposes only?

And use forwarding for contact related stuff?

 

Or do I have to use another email address or just a plain user name for login?

 

IMO, wemail interface absolutely sucks.

Anyone have suggestions for NZ ISPs with mail only product?

 

By the way, trademe (if I remember correctly) REQUIRES a NZ ISP email address if you are an active trader.

gmail & outlook won't suffice. I maybe wrong on this. Just going by memory.

There must be a way you could find out which email accounts aren't being use and delete them instead of deleting all email accounts as I don't want to leave but will have to as gmail and outlook etc send you too much spam that is why I don't use them anymore

You can change your Trade Me email over.

Mine is using a gmail address now

Simply change it in the My Trade Me settings
