Keep getting green pixelated lines on screen. we have a telstra clear box. we have spent hours on the phone tovodafone over the last wees for other issues. Getting a bit frustrated with the service and incompetence of some staff at vodafone. Can you help.!.?

I am experiencing this after our Vodafone TV box was replaced by Downers last week. I have power cycled, reset etc etc . It is getting a bit irksome the ongoing issues.

Yes I have done the three fingered reset and the box is running the latest firmware 3.8.3. Signal level is 75% quality 35DB

We have noticed the same interference on several channels over the last week or so. Just assumed it was a transmission fault . A reset does not rectify the problem.

Edit: We need to know is the green pixelated lines happening on UFB (fibre) or Cable (HFC)? So far I can see Cable (HFC) mentioned

This is occuring on HFC, Wellington region. Its occuring on all channels be it HD, Free to air or the Sky selection.
I have also checked that the cable from the wall plate to the splitter, from the splitter to the Motorola Modem and from the Motorola to the T-Box is tight.
