Why can you not record the free to air channels and are forced to use the tvnz and three apps that do not work quickly and are not intuitive. A very big draw back from using mysky for years. Are the plans to update this?
Don't bank on it I am seriously considering switching back to old box as I feel as if I've been conned and the only response I got was it was my fault that I didn't understand the new way of watching TV.
Regarding the recording - we are working with the content providers but as the service is in the cloud, as opposed to recording being on the set top box, the rights and process are different and so taking time. Will update as soon as possible.
