Got this message trying access the free to air channels via my set-top box...I've checked everything and all seems connected properly...any ideas?

I checked your account and can see no Vodafone TV service against your account (which will likely explain why you are seeing this).
Please call up so this can be investigated further.

It was suppose to be transferred over when I upgraded to Unlimited Ultra Fast Max as part of a deal I struck with the VF save team to stay with VF

I was offered the deal in May, and it sounded good. But I never heard anything further. Then I made the mistake of asking Vodafone to follow up. They did, and within days I had been hooked up to a good idea with very bad development. I last less than a month before I got my SKY box back again.... My advice is: do NOT press to get the Vodafone TV box. If you still have a SKY box, hold on to it tightly!!
