Im only able to view some of my recorded shows using the Vodafone TV app on my smartphone. because some have the message "This recording is temporarily unavailable".

Why is this ?

Hi @MargaretThomson

 

Unfortunately this will be due to some of these programmes do not have the required rights for viewing via the APP on a mobile device.

thanks for responding Grant.

 

Unfortunately it's the answer I expected and this  issue is an example of the substandard product I feel we have received.

 

Yes the promotions say "not available on all content" but the reality for me is only available on 1% of content I want to watch is available. This function is even more limited than the ability to record and I guess I expected that if I was able to record it, then I could watch it on another device.

 

sticking with it and hoping it will improve but not sure for how long before I go back to Sky and ask them to put MySky back in.
