Hi @Richard2,

You may be able to change the parental control settings through Settings -> My Settings. You will need your 4 digit code to access these settings.

Also, you'll find more information regarding this here: http://www.vodafone.co.nz/cms/documents/digital-tv-recorder/user-guide.pdf (Page 33).

Thanks,

18 rated programmes will always require the parental pin to be entered between the hours of 6am-8pm as it's a requirement from the BSA (Broadcasting Standards Authority).

Hi Shielam,

Yes already followed the manual and have my PIN.

The issue is the TBox parental settings only has G, M, 13, 16, 18 displayed as options.

When the parental setting is on the maximum R18 I still cannot watch Banshee which is an R18 on Channel 5.

The screen is simply "black" and there is no prompt for pin when I switch to channel 5.

You would have thought there is a setting for R18+ or the option to blank out the parential settign and leave it blank.  But this option does not exist on the TBox menu.

thanks

Hi @Richard2

This was a reception fault on The Box with 18 rated content and has since been rectified.

Cheers,

Grant
