I can view Sky Go on my mobile using the Sky Go app. When I try to link to my account on other devices including computers I recieve the following error: Sorry, there was a problem linking your account to your box. Please re-check your details and try again. If the problem persists please contact support.
Have tried multiple computers and multiple web browsers.
Will attempt to contact support again tommorrow as the Sky team are unable to help as I'm with Vodafone.
I had the same trouble when I moved Sky Sevices over to Vodafone a couple of years ago, I just called up Sky and they reactivated the service. Took no longer than 3 minutes on the phone to Sky.
I have since requested the move to VodafoneTV the salesman said I could keep SkyGo as long as I had the same services on VodafoneTV (eg Sports) Main reason I want to keep skygo as if I am outsome where I might want to watch via a browser on a larger screen instead of phone/iPad
