SKYBOX wont record, series link not working and no programme info available

For the last week our mysky box won't record anything and our series linked programmes aren't recording either. Worse still when we try to check what's on it says NO PROGRAM INFO AVAILABLE. also cant change channels unless I put number in manually. When press up or down channel doesn't change. I have tried to phone vodafone 3 times today. Got sick of waiting. 45 mins in the queue is ridiculous.
Can someone help me please because I am seriously considering going back to Sky.

Thanks for your msg. Yes the issue has been resolved. The decoder needed updating so everything is working well now.

Oh also we have fibre if that makes a difference???

Has this been resolved yet? If not, can you send me your account number in a private message as well as your set top box mac address. You can access this via: Menu > Settings > General> System Details.

SAME PROBLEM AGAIN...DECODER KEEPS SAYING Needs updating!!! Its stuck on a loop. Please help. Have been on hold for 45 mins already.

Ever since we got the new Vodafone box we have not been happy with it. It lags when you use the remote. It lags to change channels. Horrible!!
