New tv setup

Just set up Vodafone tv at the weekend but already having issues. Last night channel 7 and 10 froze and couldn't watch while other channels were fine. Then had message about connection lost or something similar. How does this happen to some channels and not others? Going to be really annoying if this continues.

Welcome to the Community and thanks for your post. Apologies, we did have a network issue with TV services but this has now been resolved on our end, is everything back to normal for you?

Keeps coming up 'your set top box is connected ' umm yes it is. Why are we getting this message every 2 mins
