Hi so we were supposed to get NEON for 12 months but it's simply impossible to activate.
None of the promo codes we get sent work, the website locks up and is buggy, and theres no way to activate our supposed free account. Whats the story Vodafone?

Yep sure have. They have told me to go back to VF for a third promo code- even though there's no guarantee their website wont throw an error again, and eat it uop a third time withiout providing an account, and it was their fault in the first place. They have been utterly useless- and it seems their techs just have no technical skill to resolve the issue either.

Ayyy, All sorted, thanks very much to community manager Lon.

If anyone else having problems, I used a clean install of Microsoft Edge browser and typed in the code rather than copy paste.
