'Insufficient signal strength'

Second day with 'Insufficient signal strength' and no picture for Vodafone TV. Tried turning on and off at wall and leaving it off since last night. What's the story?

Hi Marilyn,

 

This could definitely be a fault that will need a technician out. You will need to try to do a 3 finger reset to see if this rectifies the issue. To do this, follow the steps shown here: https://community.vodafone.co.nz/t5/Vodafone-TV-SKY/Read-Me-Vodafone-TV-Troubleshooting/td-p/130215
