Do I need 1 or 2 Vodafone WIFi extenders?

Hi,

So I am planning to have 2 vodafone TV boxes (approx 8 m apart - couple of walls between) .

The first one will be connected by LAN to the ultra hub.

Second one ;

If I get a single WIFI extender, i can connect via LAN from that to the second box, using the WIFI from the Ultra hub to the extender OR

I need 2 extenders, one connected to the Ultra Hub (via LAN) and one connected to the 2nd Vodafone TV box (Via LAN)?

I am thinking the first option should be ok, but on the website it says i need to buy 2.....?

Anybody help?

Hello @matt0910

For the most reliable connection we recommend that you use two WiFi extenders for your set-up:

- First WiFi extender connected with an Ethernet cable to your brodband router. Make sure the switch at the back of the WiFi extender is set to "AP"

- Second WiFi extender connected with an Ethernet cable to the Vodafone TV set-top box. Make sure the switch at the back of the WiFi extender is set to "Station"

Hope this helps.
