Can anyone help, new to Vodafone laptop works fine on WiFi but cannot get TV to work

I just subscribed to Netflix, have a Samsung smart TV, clearly it is smarter than I am, but although it says connected it says no internet. It happened earlier and after multiple attempts and restarts of modem somehow it connected. I turned the TV off for a few hours and come back inside to no internet connection on laptop or TV so did another restart and got my laptop back but cannot get TV still. I was with Spark at last house connected via ethernet but at new house that isn't an option.

 

Netflix has an error message NW-1-19

 

Any help greatly appreciated
