As part of our commitment to deliver quality experience and services to you, we are doing some planned work on our systems overnight from 00:00 until 04:00 26th February 2018

Between 00:00 to 04:00 (tomorrow morning) customers calling 777 & 888 will be unable to perform the following tasks:

Impacts to the Customer Experience


-888/777 On Account IVR – Account & Add-On balances, credit card payments, PUK codes, change Pin.
-777 Prepay IVR – Credit card top up, PUK code, change Pin.
-Online via My Account – Retrieval of billing, connection & credit limit information, changing account or credit limit details, --Credit card payments, Web2Txt.
-On Account and Prepay – TxtProv, TxtBal.
-Porting in and out.
-MyVodafone App & Vodafone Website outage
-Adding of mobile data taking longer than usual to process.
-Other – Bill on demand, on Account vLive payments
