From time to time we may temporarily suspend or restrict a Service so that we can carry out maintenance and development work on the Network. We will always try to ensure that we give you as much notice as is reasonably practicable and that such suspensions or restrictions take place outside normal business hours.

Please also note that the maps included in each post cover an indicative area of the potential outage and are not meant to show exactly where the outage will be.

Planned maintenance and network maintenance on our fixed network
We continuously upgrade our networks to ensure Kiwis get the most reliable broadband available. As part of this, there is some upcoming work planned on the Fibre broadband and landline network in Otago (Timaru, Dunedin Central, and Port Chalmers), which may result in an outage to customers in the area.
To reduce any disturbance the outage will be outside of normal business hours.
Affected customers may notice their broadband and landline services are down for up to 7 hours between 11pm 11/07 and 6am on 12/07. But rest assured all services will return to normal immediately afterward.
