I rang the Vodafone Rural broadband number at about 0800 this morning as the 4G signal seemed to have failed.
The Ninja confirmed my account number and then said the 4G had been reset.
I have nt been able to receive 4G all day (now 2100).
Please can you investigate -- 4G from the Bulwer mast.

Can you please restart your devices and test once more now. I just reset the BTS. There was a power outage there on thursday, things might not have come up correctly after that..

Sounds like maybe the modem is dead (maybe got surged in the the power event and is now damaged). Suggest you call tech support and get a ticket logged as it doesn't seem to be related to the radio network.

I think the modem is OK as it is receiving 3g well, but no 4g
Using it now on 3g. but painfully slow loading anything

OK maybe modem not fried then.
Can you private message me your account number? I'll take a look..
Also are you getting LTE signal on your mobile phone as per normal?

Bulwer site only has L700 LTE.
Click on my username and then click on 'Send Private Message'
