I am a UK resident but have a NZ prepay mobile on which I had a balance of c.NZD30.00. The plan was due to expire on Dec 19. I accessed the website on Dec 19 to renew my plan but because of the 13-hours difference between the UK and NZ, I missed the deadline and my balance had been wiped. Is there any way I can get it reinstated without having to incur a huge phone bill calling NZ customer services from the UK? Does Vodafone NZ have customer services Live Chat or email?
