Vodafone is aware that some people using our Paradise and Clearnet email services may be experiencing a higher than usual level of spam coming into their inbox.
We have stepped up our monitoring of spam to remove the garbage from our customers’ mailboxes. Technicians are working hard on a longer-term fix which should cut spam right back by mid July.We apologise for any inconvenience these issues may have caused you.
