need help how do i get into my registered account wont let me keeps saying wrong password and i failed the extra questions but it wont come up with the extra questions. also i havent recieved my bill yet and im wondering how to set up a weekly payment to please, and if i can get all the info sent out to me about the plan i am on to please not sure on what my account number is though. kaylee skye kennedy.

Hi I am fustrated as I bought a new Samsung GT S5611V and put my old simcard in and now it is asking me for the puk number and I don't have it as I have not bought a new simcard grrrrr dont know what to do
