"Sorry, we can't show you the data for your connection, please try again later"

Just logged into my Myvodafone account today and the message "please try again later." keeps appearing. It comes up on the app as well as the browser on my laptop. Have tried to uninstall and reinstall the app to no avail. Reading around this is a common problem, how do I fix this?
