I can't access my plans and add ons, and the usage isn't showing up, and I can't change my plans, plz help?

It appeas to be an issue that Vodafone knows about:

There is no ETA however it is possible to login through the website and do what needs to be done. I came accross the issue today when I bought a Vodafone SIM card and signed up as a new customer.
