Hi, i have a problem, on December 15 I applied to your company to disconnect the phone line since I leave the country on December 17th, I was told that there are no problems we will disconnect you on December 17th, but it did not happen and I have to pay for this line, although I'm no longer in the country.

Did you check the terms and conditions? Did you sign up for a certain length of time? 

I would suggest you contact the Fixed line team and discuss with them. Hopefully one of the Ninja's see's your message:-)
