For personal reason i have to track back my call from 1 year ago. But i have already switch to a new phone .All the apst time calling history is gone .
I have went to branch the staff memebr told me to go on website to check on usage but the usage is only last 31 days.
So what can i do to retrieve my prepay account call history from 1 year ago?

This would need to go to our Agency Liason team.
They may be able to retrieve older records for you, however there is a cost for them to provide this for you.
Best to call customer care so they can help put you in touch if you do want to go ahead.

I am also hoping to retrieve call history records for July, August and September 2017 for personal reasons. I have attempted to utilize the Usage function however goes as far back to July 2018.
Would you able to provide a contact number so that I may enquire further.
