Vodafone Website - unlocking a mobile

There is an issue with unlocking mobiles via the website as of Saturday am. Our team are aware of it and working on a fix, apologies for the inconvenience and I'll add comment to this post when I have more information.

Good morning,

 

The issue with not being to unlock a mobile via the Vodafone wesbite is now resolved.

So why when I tried to do it just now (before I found this post) did I get emailed 2 invoices of $30 each for the unlock code when I haven't received the code? I do not want to see these charges on my credit card without getting the code.

This still ain't fixed, I tried this afternoon and couldn't get no satisfaction from it. It shouldn't be that hard to fix, I am NOT paying $10 a MB to use data overseas!

I purchased a mobile WiFi in Christchurch and was assured I could purchase a new SIM card in Australia that would allow me to use it there.  It didn't work.  How do I get this to work?  I plan to travel in USA and Canada and would like to use it there.  Any help would be appreciated.  Is this device LOCKED to NZ and, if so, how to unlock?
