Unable to check, usage or billing information

Hi there

I have just set up My Vodafone after being switched over to the Red+ plan, I managed to connect my mobile and billing account to My Vodafone however I am unable to check my mobile balance or billing details via the Vodafone website and app.

Upon logging into My Vodafone, I can see both my billing and mobile accounts are connected but they also say;

 

"Sorry we cant show you data for your account please try again later"

 

Is this a temporary issue with the website or is someone able to help me?

Hi @TristanHolderSmith,

 

Are you still having issues with the app? Whats the model of thew device that you afre using ? Also could you please visit the app store on your phone and make sure that the app is upto date?

Im having the same issue here. Is there maintenance going on that we dont know about?
