I have been trying to support my mother in her dealings with Vodafone as she feels she can't get useful responses via the call centre. When she arranged to have her home phone connected through Vodafone she explained that she had no computer and no email. I have supported her to set up My Vodafone on my computer at my home. Through that we have discovered that Vodafone were intending to send her phone bill to "email@example.com". How stupid is that. We have now tried to change that through My Vodafone on a desktop. We went into Billing Settings, selected "Post", successfully found her postal address, then clicked "Save" - NOTHING HAPPENED. I presume this is yet another coding glitch in the website code, but it is very frustrating. Any advice?
