Upon your advice on the closure of Ihug (Vodafone webmail), a few days ago I set up a new email addess for all my Ihug email to be transferred to. I am expecting that all my Ihug email be transferred to that new address as soon as this address is submitted to Vodafone webmail. However I found out that all my Ihug email are still in Vodafone webmail and none has been transferred to the new address. Please advise what I have done incorrectly.
If you set up mail forwarding, it should only take 3 days for this to take effect. If it still hasn't, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with you account details and email details (including the one you want to forward to) and we will take a look into this.
