Over week ago we switched from unlimited ADSL to Rural broadband. After many phone calls I was able to set up My Vodafone to track usage, however there have been no updated usage stats since May 4. That's three days ago.
because I now have 80Gb limit and we're on Netflix this is getting to be a serious issue. I have no way of assessing when we're near the cap.
I don't feel like making yet another call to your call centre. Why would My Vodafone have stopped tracking my usage?
Only seeing usage up to May 4th. Rang your call centre yet again and woman said she had refreshed my account, I should see correct info in 2 hours. It's 7 hours later, no change. I've tried removing the account number and then connecting again. No difference. Last three whole days not updated. We've stopped using Netflix as have no idea how much of our data cap we're up to.
