Has anybody else noticed their credit card # in the drop down box when entering their password when logging into My Vodafone?  If they have can you tell me how that happens and how do you make it go away.  I keep my credit card information private and Vodafone flash it out there for all the world to see.  Not happy Smiley Sad

Goodmorning @Gazadriel

It sounds like your browser has saved this information.

Depending on which browser your are you using (Firefox, Internet Explorer etc....) you should be able to clear the information stored.

Good morning Rochelle I did try that as it was suggested by a Vodafone tech when I rang them but it still didn't clear it. Does it depend on how far back I go for that history? I didn't want to do anything that would be too permanent as the tech told me it would also effect my other log ins on other websites. The fact that it shows up anyway is a worry because it's something we are told time and again to keep private and we give out this information in good faith that it will be kept private. It doesn't give me a lot of confidence in Vodafone's privacy policy Many thanks Gazadriel

Hi @Gazadriel

As mentioned earlier this isn't a Vodafone issue. It is your browsing storing this information. Depending on what browser you are using a simple google search such as "how to clear auto fill information" will help you.

What browser are you using?

Thanks Rochelle

That was very helpful and my apologies for saying it was a Vodafone problem. Woman Embarassed  The problem has indeed been resolved plus I've eliminated a lot of surplus stuff I didn't know was there.

Lordy this stuff is complex unless you know what you're doing.  Thanks for pointing me in the right direction
