I recently changed my internet plan, ditched the homeline and shifted mobile from prepay to a plan. Using the phone app I only see information pertaining to the cellphone.
I tried to logon to the my vodafone - Internet and landline feature online ... but am unable to log-on? How do I reset the information used to log-on, as it appears to be different to the log-on used for online Mobile feature ...
I't sposibly been awhile since I have used this feature, but would like to be able to view account details regarding broadband plan / usage etc
I am having the same problem, since Vodafone talked me into going ano account for my cellphone; figured it wasn' actually cheaper and went back to my original prepay. However once they put it back where it was, I lost all access I had previously in MyVodafone app, and for some reason they can not reinstate my wireless account to it. Come on Vodafone, we are asking for help and you can't fix it??
