Prepay Top Up charged twice

I have been debited twice when topping up my son's prepay plan on his mobile phone. This has only happened in the last 2 months and have shown up on my Visa statements. I have spoken with customer service and they said they are not able to see my son's bill payments because they are prepaid. In "My Vodafone" I can see my payment history as I'm on a plan but not my son's payment history.


I have sent an email attaching a copy of the two lots of $20 being debited. Are you able to view the payment history for my son's mobile phone?
