Same - this has been an issue for a while for me too.

 

The website password strength bar even goes green to indicate it’s OK but still doesn’t work.

 

Please fix this!

I'm having the same problem with Vodafone telling me my password is not strong enough when it contains even more letters and numbers than are recommended.  I've been a Vodafone FibreX customer since November 2017 and have NEVER been able to get into the online stuff.  Before you lost another customer, PLEASE reply with a USEFUL answer and get this sorted!!!!!

I’m guessing nobody has a fix for this? It’s incredibly annoying.

Hi, I had to take my phone into Vodafone store....apparently my date of birth was incorrect , of course you had to logon to change it! anyway the guys in the shop were very helpful, they logged on and changed my DOB then it worked fine....

stupid problem, should be a workaround without having to visit a store.

Thank you for posting an update. How ridiculous that in 2018 you need to take your phone in store to get it sorted. I've got a feeling that I will be the same!
