My Vodafone registration

I have just switched to Vodafone from another provider. My phone number has switched to my new sim, I've selected a plan and topped up. My data isn't working at all, and I have been trying since yesterday to register for My Vodafone so I can use the app. I can't get it to work at all and when I called 777 and explained that it wasn't working, I was told to click the "Register button in the app and follow the instructions. Obviously I called because that wasn't working

It could be the APN/network settings from your old network are still on your device perhaps - VF APN settings are below or  follow this link and hopefully that might be able to fix things.

Unfortunately my device is brand new and already supposedly on the Vodafone network so I'm not sure why it isn't working
