Was on prepay and it was working fine prior. But changed over to an on account this morning at 1152am
had to call 777 twice to reset my account n password cause it wasn linked properly??
now I’m logged back in my Vodafone shows nothing relating to my on account phone number
i have tried calling the 777 n she is adamant nothing is wrong n setup properly and couldn’t help me further
i have tried adding my connections manually but it doesn’t work
can someone help please
@SuneyTry again tomorrow morning and it will be fine you may have to register again if not call 777 and ask them to delete your KNOX profile and you can register again tonight
