My Vodafone Log In Issue

I'm trying to log into My Vodafone (https://www.vodafone.co.nz/#sign-in) for prepaid cell number, via web browser - Firefox. Two nights ago I changed my password because I couldn't log in with either the # or email address and what I thought was the password.

 

I try yesterday and it won't let me in. I reset my password once again (get a pin # via txt, enter that, enter new password), log out of MyVodafone (because it automatically logs into my account) and then log back in to see if the password will work, and it says the password is wrong (when its not). I've tried both my cell number and email address without much success - and tried Chrome.

 

Any help much appreciated!

As I also contacted the Vodafone helpdesk on twitter, a profile reset and start from scratch has corrected the issue. Not sure what went wrong.
