My Vodafone Application

Hi all,

 

For some reason I cannot log into my Vodafone appilcation.

 

I also cannot uninstall the application only disable, it's like the uninstall option has been removed.

 

Anyway I am running version 3.6 on a Samsung S6.

 

I can log into my Vodafone via a browser.

 

When I try on the application is just says:

 

Your latest account info isn't available right now, but you can still: and it names a bunch of services which would require a login like HELP and CONTACT US.

 

It gives button to sleect View Main menu.

 

When selecting it it takes me to the options and shows me not signed in?

 

It doesn't reject my Username and password when entered.

 

I tried resetting password but no joy.

 

What to do?

2 things here: 

1. You should have received an upgrade message, if not please pop along to Play Store and you should be able to upgrade there.

2. If My Vodafone is pre-installed on your Vodafone moble, then yes it cannot be unistalled.

I can see this issue has already been resolved I checked again now and the year is showing correct.
