My Vodafone App not working - prepay.

For the last two days I have been getting the following message when I try to login to my "My Vodafone" app: "Sorry, we can't show you any of your services at the moment, please try again later." ... makes it impossible to take advantage of any good Friday deals going at the moment ... grrr.

Hi Geoff - to be honest I'm not sure how it was fixed ... what I do know is that after not being able to connect to the app for more than two days it was miraculously fixed within 30 minutes of posting on here ... go figure.

I still have the problem though. It seems to be intermittent - about 10 or 20% of the time it seems to work.

I can always get into the Account Summary page, I see the phone numbers but get the message that Jeremy quoted earlier.

This is for both the mobile app and on the website.

 

I have 3 numbers/SIMs that I manage - sometimes none of them come up, sometimes 1 or 2 come up. There seems to be no pattern as to which ones show.

cant seem to  get my app going.or cant get any of the deals that they are text my number
