My Vodafone App Summary Issues

Re: Everything in My Vodafone app works fine, apart from the only thing i need it for; My Summary.
Every time I go to check my minutes or data balance or anything My Summary is meant to tell me, it sticks on the loading screen and never progresses. Using an LG G4 if thats any help. Software version 6.0

Hi @WxINWOOD,

 

Could you try logging into to your My Vodafone via the Vodafone website and see if you can view the account summary? If  so, then try reinstalling the app and see if it works for you.

No success. Might the problem be connected to me bringing my old number over and the My Voda login requiring the SIMs original number?
