I need to make an account online for my home line/broadband account
However as my mobile number is my work number when creating the account it is asking me for the business details of the comany I work for (i am the adminsitrator there and also manage the Vodafone bill there!)
You don't need to register for an account for Fixed Line services - this will have been created for you when you applied for services. If you're not sure of your username and password then give our Care team a call - 0800 438 448 if you're on standard broadband or VDSL, or 0508 888 800 if you're on a Cable or Fibre connection.
Also - when you're logging in for these services make sure you choose the Internet or CustomerZone option rather than the Mobile option so you get the correct account
