Why when I log into My Vodafone do I have access to absolutely nothing? I get a home page with "Congratulations you are now connected" or something like that and there is nothing under data, plan, or any other tabs. I spent 30 minutes of my life on the phone to someone in the help centre several months ago who assured me that my online access was now sorted and I can't go through that again.
She told me to wait 15 minutes (this was after she'd spent 30 minutes "fixing it") and then log in again and I would be able to see everything. Nothing - and still nothing months later. I have a access to a fully useless site.... I want to view my data usage which is what I told the help person. Surely this could have been simple enough for her to do?
