Every time i try to get onto My Vodafone to check on balance it says number not registered. I have redone it with a validation code but it still wont work.....My email account is ok as its on a different account.....It has been working fine...Cheers Ruth

I have the exact same problem. I first noticed it yesterday; it had been working fine previously. I've tried resetting my password and re-registering for My Vodafone, but neither have worked. I'd hoped the problem would resolve itself, but it hasn't so far.

Thanks for your messages. An issue has been identified with My Vodafone and we are working on getting this fixed as soon as possible

@ruthiebabe Out of curiosity, when did you first notice that the app is not working?
I picked up on it over the weekend when I went in for a payment.
Dear Ninja, would a (failed) attempt to re-register as a reaction to this misguided tech fault, corrupt the existing MyVodafone account file under my number, when normal services resume?

I got an INC # for the same issue, following a support-req I logged via email. Someone just emailed me back saying they've acknowledged my request and confirmed an ongoing issue.
Not sure if it would qualify for a tech escalation, if you're dealing c-b-case on this issue?
