Hi there,

 

Every time i try to get onto My Vodafone to check on balance it says number not registered.  I have redone it with a validation code but it still wont work.....My email account is ok as its on a different account.....It has been working fine...Cheers Ruth

I have the exact same problem. I first noticed it yesterday; it had been working fine previously. I've tried resetting my password and re-registering for My Vodafone, but neither have worked. I'd hoped the problem would resolve itself, but it hasn't so far.

Hi All,

There is an issue with My Vodafone which is affecting a small number of users, at this stage we're resolving these case by case , if you are able to please call 777, go through the trouble shooting and get an INC logged for this please , this will then come to my team and we'll get it sorted.

Also @dale15 your one is unrelated and should be an easy fix for me - can you please DM me your KNOX username and I'll look at it tomorrow morning. Smiley Happy.

@ruthiebabe Out of curiosity, when did you first notice that the app is not working?

 

I picked up on it over the weekend when I went in for a payment. 

 

Dear Ninja, would a (failed) attempt to re-register as a reaction to this misguided tech fault, corrupt the existing MyVodafone account file under my number, when normal services resume?

Hi @sebastianbd,

 

I got an INC # for the same issue, following a support-req I logged via email. Someone just emailed me back saying they've acknowledged my request and confirmed an ongoing issue.

 

Not sure if it would qualify for a tech escalation, if you're dealing c-b-case on this issue?

I have the exact same problem. I've tried resetting my password and re-registering for My Vodafone, but neither have worked. I called 777 but the CS asked the 4-digit PIN which I already forgot. How to fix it?
