Internet Usage Meter Not Working

Im not sure if this is in the right place but everytime i go onto the website and log in then click on Internet Usage Meter is just realoads the page i was just on .. It doesn't go into Internet Usage Meter .. Why is this happening

That'll do it! You should be able to log into the Internet & Landline section of My Vodafone here to check usage on a VDSL account. Sorry for the confusion there. Smiley Happy

Hi @ainTn0Body

 

 Is this in the Customer Zone? If so, is there a My Usage tab up the top next to My Accounts?

 

If the My Usage tab is missing, it means the broadband profile has been terminated - this would only usually happen if the account had been closed. Have you recently changed access methods, e.g. ADSL to VDSL, cable, or fibre? If so, it's likely that you would have been set up with a different account to check usage from (VDSL is provisioned differently, so uses My Vodafone rather than Customer Zone).

Ohhh true because we did go from ADSL - VDSL , and we got another Account Number so that would of been the problem
