Hi, I'm unable to get into the MyVodafone App in my mobile. The below given steps are the one that I follow to get into the app.1. When I click on the Myvodafone icon in my phone it opens.
2. After that I click on OPEN option of MyVodafone App.
3. As soon as I click a window pops up. It states that "With this new upgrade of My Vodafone App we have updated the Terms & Condition. Here I have only one option to click, i.e. "PROCEED"
4. When I click on "PROCEED" a new window comes. It mentions my name, mobile number, Account Nick Name, Date of Birth etc,.
5. Here also I have only one option to click that is "DONE". When I click on "DONE" a Zoo Zoo processes the data.
6. After the Process I get the message "Sorry, we cannot process your request. Please try again after some time". I cant go back also. I need to force stop the app.
Hope I have explained the issues clearly. This is happening from last 2 months. Please help me.
