Anorther thing you can do if you are on a computer is move the mouse over the link (the one that says Click Here ....)

 

You'll see in the bottom right corner the web address that its going to open. (....soga.mx/vodafone)

 

What you can do is while over the link (DO NOT click on it) is right click the mouse and go to "Copy Link Location"

 

Then open up Googles Report Deceptive Site page and copy the link location there and that way the site is reported to Google who will take steps to block it.
