Hi Lisa,

Welcome to the community Smiley Happy

Quick clarification, anyone else experiencing the same issue? what type of phone do you use? Have you tried restarting the phone?

Are other Vodafone users around you having the same issue and where did you obtain the handset from?

Hi Lisa,

Thanks for trying that for me.

Can you please dial *#06# and send me the IMEI number, so that I can look into this for you.

Please click on my name and send me a private message.

Regards,

Minhaj.
