Re the Email closure, I tried to forward my email account to Outlook, unfortunately made a mistake and got the error message saying it could not verify. I realised the new email address had an error, so I filled in the form again with correct info., but now got the message that my email address was already registered for forwarding. Surely the fact that it wouldn't verify should have aborted the first attempt and it should have accepted the second? Is there any way of correcting this?

It's still saying my old email has already been registered - should I allow some time for your instructions to go through? If so, how much time?
I'll try it again tomorrow...
