Email and My Vodafone lock out

I have been unable to recieve or send email over the weekend,and emails sent to me are being bounced.. Is this because of the upgrade or a seperate issue. Resetting my password does not help and I am unable to access My vodafone

 

 

SOLVED:

Seems fibre division forgot to port my email account .

Very sorry to hear there was an interruption to your email service. It sounds like your primary services may have been moved between two of our databases but the email wasn't taken along too. Good to hear it's working now.

 

Good news is that now it's sorted out it should certainly keep operating as normal.
