Credit Card Payment

i've been sent a message from vodafone asking me to provide a new credit card for payment to one of my accounts. I can't remember the password to that account and when I try to reset it keeps sending me to another of my accounts. The account that needs to be updated is also in an incorrect name and needs changing. Whenever I try to call the 0800 number I get a congested message. Any suggestions?
